Product Description

Two-step rollers are adopted for four-side sealing. Double film runs continuously. Fast and efficient as well as stable in funtion, low noise, firm sealing, reliable quanlity and results.

An imported transducer is adopted to make adjusting easy. Intellingent temperature controller regulates sealing making it even more convenient.

Photoelectric tracking system is adopted to ensure correct printing and accurate counting.

An imported frequency changer is adopted for step less adjust speed, intelligent temp. Controller to adjust sealing temperature, with reliable performance and convenient to adjust.

Step motor/servo motor driver is adopted, pouch length can be setup directly at the touching screen, at the same time longitudinal sealing and transverse sealing be able to auto in-phase tracking. It saves more time and material compare to mechanical driver, and with bag pulling more smooth and even easier to adjust.

Screw type feeding system is adopted, precise in measuring, can fill material at high temperrature, more suitable to high speed bag packing machine's using.

Applicable to a wide range of use. Cutting method can choose flat cutting or fracture line cutting, and can match with ink coding machine.

Usage:

It is suitable for packing loose, non sticky powder material such as flour, curry powder, bean powder, milk powder, drug powder, bon-stronger powder, lotus powder ang much more. Most commonly used in the in the fields of pharmacy industry, food industry, daily industry.
